The Jet Set Cardigan

Choose the size nearest your actual bust measurement. The pattern adds the ease the original design had.
The original: A fluffy brushed mohair of about bulky (chunky) weight, at about 16 sts and 20 rows to 4 in (10 cm) over stockinette. For the closest match to the photo, use a yarn that knits to this gauge. Super bulky yarns and anything finer than DK aren't offered: the border and bands would turn coarse, or the cardigan would lose its light, lofty look.
Your gauge Not a swatcher? Most of us aren't! Just enter the gauge printed on your yarn's label (most labels give stitches and rows over 4 in or 10 cm). It's a good starting point, and the pattern gives you measurements to check against as you go. Want it to fit perfectly? Knit a swatch, wash it, let it dry and measure it over stockinette. The original was a fluffy brushed mohair, but any yarn that gives you the gauge will work.
This pattern can be written for 14 to 24 stitches per 4 in (10 cm). How to measure your gauge
