Refund policy

We want every pattern to knit up beautifully. If something isn't right, please tell us. A real person reads every email.

A mistake in the pattern: if you find an error in your pattern, email us within 30 days of buying it. We'll correct it and send you a fixed pattern, or refund you in full if we can't.
A download problem: if the PDF won't open or download, email us and we'll sort it out or refund you.
Wrong numbers entered: each pattern is written for the size and gauge you enter, so please check them before paying. If you made a typing mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll help.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. You can also contact Stripe about a payment using the link in your receipt.
