Browsing

Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider (Render) keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and protect the site.

Buying a pattern

When you buy, you pay on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe (shown as Link) collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details to take the payment, work out tax and send your receipt. Stripe handles this under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.

We don't keep a customer database. The details of your pattern (pattern, size, yarn and tension) are stored with your payment at Stripe, so that we can make your PDF and let you download it again. We can see your name and email address in our Stripe account, and we use your email address only to send your pattern and to answer you if you contact us.

Emails

We send your order email through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your email address only to deliver that message. We don't send marketing emails unless you sign up for them separately.
