Who you're buying from

Vintage to Modern Knits sells personalised knitting patterns as PDF downloads. Payments are taken by Stripe through its "Managed Payments" service: Stripe (shown at checkout and on your statement as Link) acts as the seller of record for the payment, collects any VAT or sales tax due, and sends your receipt. Stripe's own terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment.

What you're buying

A PDF knitting pattern written for the size, yarn weight and gauge (tension) you enter, for £5.95 (including any VAT; customers outside the UK may see the price in their own currency). Before you pay, we check that the pattern can be written for your numbers; if it can't, you can't buy it.

Please check your size and gauge carefully before paying: the pattern is written for exactly those numbers.

Delivery

You can download the PDF as soon as your payment is confirmed. We also email you a link to download it again.

Your right to cancel

Because the pattern is digital content made for you and supplied straight away, you will be asked at checkout to agree that it is supplied immediately and that you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. This doesn't affect your rights if the pattern is faulty: see our refund policy.

Using your pattern

The pattern is for your own personal use. You may knit and sell the garments you make, but please don't share, copy or resell the PDF itself.

Knitting results

We check every pattern carefully, but knitting depends on your gauge, yarn and technique. For the best fit, knit and measure a swatch as the pattern explains. If you use the gauge on your yarn's label instead, your garment may come out a little different in size, so check your measurements as you go.
